Just down the way from where the ship is docked in Manta today, there is a market in the park.  It was alive with locals and high on atmospherics.

But the homeless population is way out of control.  The locals say they are vegetarian and harmless.  They don't seem to bother anyone, but the scare the shit out of me.

And this will blow your mind.  Apologies for burying the lead here.  The Panama hat is from...Ecuador.  Yep, it's true, and Manta is the capitol of Panama.  Tres bought a hat.
